任何18岁以下的未成年人均不得注册3T账户。本政策仅适用于可能涉及的18周岁以下的未成年人及儿童和其监护人，18周岁以上的用户仅适用《3T隐私政策》。对于经监护人同意处理未成年人及儿童个人信息的情况我们只会在法律允许、监护人明确同意或者保护儿童所必要的情况下处理该等信息。如监护人将未成年人置于可能实际使用3T提供的服务之环境下，在监护人通过《3T隐私政策》第十五条“如何联系我们”中所述联系方式通知我们并向我们提供必要身份信息以验证为未成年人及儿童的监护人，我们在核实监护人和监护未成年人及儿童的身份后，有关未成年人隐私及个人信息保护的具体事项，Beijing Baimo Technology Co., Ltd（以下称“我们”）作为本政策下的个人信息处理者，将严格依据《3T隐私政策》、《未成年人及儿童隐私保护政策》的相应规则及程序进行。《未成年人及儿童隐私保护政策》（以下简称“本政策”）和《3T隐私政策》旨在向监护人（以下简称“您”）和未成年人及儿童说明我们如何收集、使用、存储和处理未成年人及儿童的个人信息，以及我们为您与未成年人及儿童提供的访问、更正、删除和保护这些信息的方式。除另有约定外，本政策所用术语和缩略词与《3T服务使用协议》、《3T隐私政策》中的术语和缩略词具有相同的涵义。
No minor under the age of 18 may register a 3T account. This policy applies only to minors and children under the age of 18 who may be involved and their guardians. Users over the age of 18 are only subject to the "3T Privacy Policy". Regarding the processing of personal information of minors and children with the consent of their guardians, we will only process such information as permitted by law, with the explicit consent of the guardians, or as necessary to protect the children. If a guardian places a minor in an environment where they may actually use the services provided by 3T, and the guardian notifies us through the contact methods described in Article 15 "How to Contact Us" of the "3T Privacy Policy" and provides us with the necessary identity information to verify their identity as the guardian of the minor or child, after verifying the identity of the guardian and the minor or child under their guardianship, Beijing Baimo Technology Co., Ltd (hereinafter referred to as "we"), as the personal information processor under this policy, will strictly follow the relevant rules and procedures of the "3T Privacy Policy" and the "Privacy Protection Policy for Minors and Children" regarding specific matters concerning the privacy and personal information protection of minors. The Privacy Policy for Minors and Children (hereinafter referred to as "this Policy") and the 3T Privacy Policy aim to explain to guardians (hereinafter referred to as "you") and minors and children how we collect, use, store, and process the personal information of minors and children, and the ways we provide you and minors and children to access, correct, delete, and protect this information. Unless otherwise agreed, the terms and abbreviations used in this Policy have the same meanings as those in the 3T Service Agreement and the 3T Privacy Policy.
